Pre-Registration Form
South Lake Charter Elementary School will be beginning our pre-registration for the 2008-2009
school year commencing on January 7th, 2008. In accordance with our Charter any resident of
Lake County may apply to our school. There are three ways you can pre-register:

1. Email your pre-registration information to Candee Broomell.

2. Print the Pre-Registration form and fax it to our school, attention Candee Broomell
at 352-243-2967 ext 107.

3. Print the Pre-Registration form and bring it in to our school. In the instance that we receive more applications for a grade than space available we will implement a lottery system.

Kindergarten Pre-Registration 2008-2009
All pre-registrations must be completed and submitted by March 7th, 2008 in order to be eligible for the lottery. The Kindergarten lottery will be held on Monday, March 10th. All lottery winners and wait listed children will be notified by mail. Any pre-registrations accepted after March 7th will be placed at the bottom of our wait list.

1st - 6th Grade Pre-Registration 2008-2009
All pre-registrations must be completed and submitted by March 28th 2008 in order to be eligible for the lottery. This lottery will be held on Monday, April 7th at a time TBA. Any pre-registrations accepted after March 28th will be placed at the bottom of our wait list.
